About Solis Manufacturing, Inc.

Solis Spa Covers, Inc. originated in Largo, Florida in 2000 as a wholesale (trade only) spa cover company. In 2001 Solis Spa Covers became one of the first spa cover / hot tub cover retailers on the world wide web in North America and the rest is history.

10+ years later our spa covers / hot tub covers are now sold through a 150-plus retailer network in over 3 countries around the world and direct to the consumer. Our success continues to come from delivering a top-quality product that continues to exceed consumer expectations. Each of our retailers and customer service agents is professionally trained to assist you in the proper selection of the ideal hot tub cover based on your specific needs.

We start in the pattern department where an extensive library of line drawings and specifications ensures a perfect product fit. You'll get the best possible fit because we constantly update the technical specifications for all sizes and styles of spas.

Our materials department ensures that each spa cover / hot tub cover is constructed of high grade, inspected components. Our marine grade vinyl is tough and durable and treated with special stabilizers to prevent color loss from Ultraviolet rays stop mold from forming. Flawless galvanized steel channel bars form the structure of the cover for superior strength. Inside, the high-density polystyrene foam core provides excellent insulation from heat loss. We stock hardworking, 6 mil tri-extruded plastic to seal the foam core, even the zipper is of the highest quality, able to handle a million ups and downs.

Putting it all together are some of the best sewing professionals and fabricators in the business. When it comes to quality construction, our fabrication department doesn't miss a stitch.
