I received it on Saturday and it arrived undamaged due to the nice packing job with the foam inserts. The cover looks and fits great! The quality and craftsmanship are also very good. The tub is running much less and for shorter amounts of time. It was a good thing that I shortened the skirt as it would not have been easy to rap it over the lip of the tub if it was longer and would not have really helped in insulating at all. Overall I am very pleased, You guys know your stuff. I was amazed at how heavy the old 2 to 4 cover was after lifting the new one! A double wrapped core and a full length ss are a must for any new cover as they are cheap but very effective upgrades. You were Great to deal with! to thank you for helping me replace my spa cover. It arrived on Thursday, and I'm sorry to say that the box was smashed in
the corner. I saw on your instructions that I should have refused delivery, but since I'm desperate for a new cover (my old
one can barely be moved) I asked the delivery guy if I could inspect the contents for damage and then refuse shipment if I
found a problem. He checked with his supervisor who ok'd that, and I was pleased to see that the cover was in perfect shape
(that packing styrofoam piece took the impact quite nicely). So now I have a really great cover for a really great price,
from a really great company! I will let my neighbors know where they can expect exceptional customer service! Thanks
