CUSTOMER SERVICE

 

We pride ourselves on our customer service and we stick with you all the way from your order to the receipt of your cover and beyond. If you call during off hours or during an extremely busy time and get our voice mail system, we'll call you back within one business day or less. If you e-mail us, we'll get back to you even faster. But our commitment to customer service only begins when we take your order. First, we check your order for any obvious problems and if we have any doubt about what you want, we'll contact you before we go into production. Once your spa cover has been made and goes through quality control checks, we help you monitor your cover delivery and we send you a number of communications along the way:

 

1.      Immediately after you place your order, you get a copy of your order via e-mail.

2.      A few days after your order, you get an e-mail with the projected ship date.

3.      When the order ships, you get an e-mail from the shipping company with a tracking number.

4.      When the order reaches your local terminal,

         you will get a phone call from the local carrier to arrange for a delivery time to your address.


Additionally, your cover shipment is fully insured against damage and if you should experience a problem of any kind, we are available to serve you.

 
 SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • All spa covers are shipped via common carrier (freight truck/semi) due to the size and nature of the product.
  • Spa covers are shipped FREE via common carrier to almost any address in the contiguous 48 States (exception: Long Island and the Boroughs of NYC, offshore islands, rural areas, mountainous areas of CO, IA, ID, KY, MT, ND, NV, OR, SD, UT, WA, WY ). 
Additional charges may be added for deliveries to islands, mountainous areas, rural areas, the boroughs of New York City and Long Island.

         *Expedited Processing (additional charge)- Expedited orders will ship out of our Tampa warehouse
          in 48 hours or less and deliver in 7 days or less.

 

  • Your shipment will be fully insured against any shipping damage. If your spa cover is being delivered to a residence you may set a delivery appointment with the freight carrier at your convenience. We STRONGLY recommend inspecting your spa cover at the time of delivery for such shipping damage. Although shipping damage is rare, If you see any damage please refuse the shipment and contact us IMMEDIATELY so that we may resolve the issue. We recommend refusing the delivery of your spa cover if you suspect shipping damage!  DO NOT SIGN FOR OR ACCEPT A DAMAGED SPA COVER! If you do accept a damaged spa cover upon delivery we WILL NOT be able to provide you a replacement cover. Our delivery time can range from 7 to 14 business days. The delivery time is an estimation ONLY and will depend on your specific size, location and season. Solis Spa Covers makes every effort to fill your order n a timely fashion.

ORDER & RETURN POLICY

 

  • ALL SALES OF CUSTOM ORDERED SPA COVERS ARE CANNOT BE CANCELED. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Average weight of a spa cover is 29lbs.

  • WARNING: PHYSICALLY MEASURE AND DOUBLE-CHECK THE SIZE OF YOUR SPA.  Even if you select a specific model out of our database, you are still solely responsible for the size of the cover. Spa brand and model are for reference ONLY. Covers may not be returned for size errors that may be in the database.
  • *** PLEASE NOTE*** the following are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-returnable:

Custom orders: Items made to ordered specifically for your application and needs. These items are made to the specs and measurements provided by YOU.

These orders are not able to be canceled and are non-refundable. We will guarantee the fit of your spa cover only to the extent they match the specs YOU provided to us. YOU are ultimately responsible for knowing and ordering the item correctly using the measurements which only you know. Industry allows up to 2" variance in cover size. Vinyl color dye lots may vary. Colors on the web may appear darker than they actually are.

  • In the event you place an order with us and cancel the order after it has been processed then you agree to be charged a 10% order cancellation fee, custom orders items my not be canceled. Any deliveries from us that are refused for reason other than "shipping damage on delivery" (must be noted by the carrier) will incur freight charges both ways($180) plus 20% product restocking fee. If you wish to return a "stock" spa covers the purchaser must do so that THEIR expense. We do NOT accept returns of used spa covers. Freight charges are NON REFUNDABLE this means WE DO NOT REFUND FREIGHT/SHIPPING CHARGES! A one to two inch variance in cover size is COMMON practice due to spa cover shrinkage (spa covers by nature will shrink slightly over the life span).

 

 

CUSTOMERS WHO PULL CHARGEBACKS *WILL* BE REPORTED TO ALL MAJOR CREDIT BUREAUS AS A DELINQUENT COLLECTION ACCOUNT

Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
